By accessing or using Kshema's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our services.
Kshema provides automated check-in services via WhatsApp to monitor the well-being of users and alert designated emergency contacts when responses are missed. You acknowledge that Kshema is a safety monitoring tool and not a replacement for traditional emergency services (like 911 or local police/medical response).
As a user of Kshema, you agree to:
Kshema's automated logic works based on your predefined schedule. If a response is missed within the allotted time, Kshema will attempt to alert your contacts via WhatsApp or SMS. We are not responsible for any failures in communication caused by network availability, mobile provider issues, or WhatsApp platform downtimes.
Kshema offers subscription-base plans. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan on a recurring basis. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateways. For more details on cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.
You may not use Kshema for any unlawful purposes, including harassment, unauthorized monitoring of individuals without their consent, or any activity that violates the WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect any violation of these terms or any misuse of the automated communication protocols.
